Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 2026 · Agent Link by Access Patrol, Incorporated

Policy Boundary. Users may not attempt to bypass tenant boundaries, assign unauthorized platform roles, access other tenants, impersonate security personnel, or use Agent Link as an emergency-response system. Violations may result in immediate suspension.

1. Permitted Use

Agent Link is intended for use by:

  • Clients submitting service requests for security coverage review
  • Security agents or applicants submitting application and readiness information
  • Prime contractors submitting work orders for review
  • Authorized tenant users managing their organization's tenant workspace
  • Authorized Access Patrol operators reviewing requests, readiness, and coverage
  • Platform administrators reviewing system health, routes, and security boundaries

All use must comply with these policies, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.

2. Prohibited Use

The following uses of Agent Link are prohibited:

  • Any use that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
  • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Accessing or attempting to access records outside your authorized scope
  • Attempting to access another organization's tenant workspace
  • Using the platform in a way that harms, harasses, or intimidates others
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract platform data at scale

3. No Abuse of Tenant Invitations

Tenant invitations must only be drafted for individuals who are authorized representatives of the inviting organization. Tenant invitations may not be used to:

  • Invite individuals to a tenant workspace without authorization from the tenant owner
  • Invite individuals under false pretenses
  • Create invitation records for the purpose of testing unauthorized role escalation
  • Attempt to invite unauthorized users to platform-level roles

4. No Unauthorized Access

Users must not attempt to:

  • Access platform admin tools (/admin) without explicit Platform Owner authorization
  • Access the global operator workspace without Access Patrol Operator role
  • Access protected routes without authentication and role entitlement
  • Bypass authentication or route guards through URL manipulation
  • Use another user's credentials or session token

5. No Cross-Tenant Data Attempts

Each tenant workspace is scoped to its organization's tenant_id. Users must not:

  • Attempt to query, view, or modify records belonging to another tenant
  • Manipulate tenant_id values to access other organizations' data
  • Use any mechanism to enumerate records from other tenant workspaces
  • Share tenant workspace credentials with individuals outside the organization

6. No Misrepresentation of Credentials

Users must not submit false credential information, falsely claim licensing or certification status, misrepresent training completion, or submit fabricated background check information. Agent Link reviews credential readiness as a coordination tool — misrepresentation may result in suspension and referral to applicable authorities.

7. No Emergency Misuse

CRITICAL: Agent Link is not an emergency response system. Users must not submit service requests, contact forms, or any platform communications in place of calling 911 or appropriate emergency services. For emergencies, active threats, crimes in progress, or immediate danger — contact 911 or local emergency services immediately.

8. No Illegal Surveillance or Harassment

Agent Link security coordination services must not be used for:

  • Illegal surveillance of individuals without legal authority
  • Targeted harassment, stalking, or intimidation campaigns
  • Discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Any activity that violates applicable privacy, surveillance, or civil rights laws

9. No Attempted Platform Role Escalation

Users must not attempt to:

  • Assign Platform Owner, Platform Admin, or Access Patrol Operator roles through any mechanism not authorized by Access Patrol
  • Modify their own tenant role without authorization
  • Grant cross-tenant access or global operator access without Platform Owner approval
  • Submit invitation records for platform-level roles

All blocked role escalation attempts are logged as audit preview events and reviewed by platform administrators.

10. No Uploading Restricted or Unsafe Content

Users must not upload or submit:

  • Malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Stolen or fabricated identity documents
  • Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
  • Content that is obscene, defamatory, or illegal under applicable law
  • Information subject to export controls or national security restrictions without authorization

11. Enforcement and Suspension Placeholder

Access Patrol reserves the right to investigate suspected policy violations and take action including:

  • Warning and notice to the account holder
  • Temporary suspension of platform access
  • Permanent termination of tenant account
  • Referral to law enforcement if illegal activity is suspected

Formal enforcement procedures are in development and will be documented prior to full SaaS launch.
